We want every order to reach you perfectly. Please note that Crystals by Riya does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. If your order arrives damaged or broken, or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly send a free replacement.

1. Eligibility

A replacement is offered only when the product is received in a damaged or broken condition, or when the wrong item was delivered.

2. How to Request a Replacement

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number.
• Share a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video and photos showing the issue.
• Once verified, we arrange pickup and dispatch your replacement free of cost.

3. Please Note

• We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, fit, size, or colour preference.
• Genuine crystals vary slightly in colour, shape, and texture — these unique traits are not considered defects.
