Customers may return items which are damaged that can be exchanged within 7-10 days from the date of receiving their orders.Please record every parcel before opening the packaging to receive a damaged or defective item or missing items within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, please contact our customer service team immediately.

To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team within 7-10 days of receiving the order.we request the client to send the product back ,the shipping charges will be paid by the brand.

Exchange will be issued the parcel within 7 working days after the completion of an inspection . If you opt to replace or change any received item for any reason , exchange will be facilitated upon receipt of the item at our office.
